- Season both sides of the cod fillets generously with salt and pepper.

- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring continuously until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the coconut milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest; stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange seasoned cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut lemon sauce over them.
