  • 12 cubes Brie Cheese Cut into cubes, rind on
  • ½ teaspoon Cranberry Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • optional cup Candied Pecans Substitute with walnuts or omit
  • optional sprig Fresh Rosemary For garnish, can replace with thyme

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares, press into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  4. Top each brie cube with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with candied pecans if using.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
