- Soak the shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the Bang Bang sauce.
- Warm tortillas, add cabbage, crispy shrimp, and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve tacos with lime wedges on the side.
