For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Choose your favorite brand or go homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Mixing with BBQ sauce creates a unique dressing.

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken breast, halved cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, diced bell pepper, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently fold these ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine your favorite BBQ sauce with ranch dressing. Whisk until fully blended and creamy.
  3. Drizzle the BBQ and ranch dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salad, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
