Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange graham crackers. Spread melted chocolate evenly over each.
  3. Freeze the baking sheet for about 10 to 15 minutes until chocolate is firm.
  4. Combine whipped topping, protein powder, and almond extract in a bowl; whip until fluffy for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spoon filling onto each chocolate-topped cracker, then sandwich with another graham cracker on top.
  6. Dip edges of sandwiches in remaining melted chocolate and roll in sprinkles if desired.
  7. Return the assembled sandwiches to the freezer for at least 1 hour until fully firm.
