  3. Microwave frozen blueberries for about 30-45 seconds until thawed. Mash them gently to create a smooth berry layer.
  4. Layer oats mixture followed by mashed blueberries in the mason jar. Start with half of the oats, then add blueberries, and finish with the remaining oats.
  5. Cover the mason jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  6. In the morning, stir the layers and top with fresh berries or whipped cream.
