Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • colander
  • Airtight container

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by rinsing your fresh seedless grapes thoroughly under cold running water. Once they are clean, gently pat them dry with a kitchen towel and remove any remaining stems.
  2. Place the clean, dried grapes into a large mixing bowl or an airtight container. Pour your chosen alcohol over the grapes, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Carefully drain the grapes in a colander, allowing excess alcohol to drip off. Keep them slightly damp to help the coating adhere. Roll the grapes in sugar or flavored gelatin powder until evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated grapes on a serving platter or in shot glasses and chill in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
