For Cooking
  • 1 cup chicken broth Can use vegetable broth as a substitute.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Incorporate ground turkey, breaking it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Add halved Brussels sprouts, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice before serving, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
