Preparation
- Prepare Cherry and Strawberry Simple Syrups by combining equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved. For cherry syrup, add cherries; for strawberry syrup, add sliced strawberries, simmer for 10 minutes, then cool.
- In a punch bowl, mix together peach juice, pineapple orange juice, and lemonade until thoroughly combined.
- Add cherry and strawberry simple syrups to the punch base, stir gently to blend flavors.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill. Prepare garnishes during this time.
- Just before serving, add chilled lemon-lime soda to the punch and stir lightly to maintain fizz.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with mint and additional fruits.
