  • 4 cups Lemon-Lime Soda Use chilled soda before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare Cherry and Strawberry Simple Syrups by combining equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved. For cherry syrup, add cherries; for strawberry syrup, add sliced strawberries, simmer for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. In a punch bowl, mix together peach juice, pineapple orange juice, and lemonade until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add cherry and strawberry simple syrups to the punch base, stir gently to blend flavors.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to chill. Prepare garnishes during this time.
  5. Just before serving, add chilled lemon-lime soda to the punch and stir lightly to maintain fizz.
  6. Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with mint and additional fruits.
