Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Prepare Rice: Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes, boil water with spices, add rice until 80% cooked, drain.
  3. Air Fry Chicken: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook marinated chicken for 9 minutes until golden.
  4. Make Gravy: Blend onion, tomatoes, cashews, and ginger garlic paste until smooth. Cook in a pot with butter and spices until fragrant.
  5. Combine Chicken and Gravy: Stir in chicken and yogurt, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Layer Biryani: Spread rice over chicken and gravy, sprinkle garam masala, garnishing with mint and onions. Cover tightly.
  7. Cook on Dum: Cook on high for 5 minutes, then low for 10 minutes. Let sit covered for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve: Fluff rice and serve warm with cooling cucumber raita or chutneys.
