  • 1 cup Lobster Meat Shrimp or crab can be substituted.
For Garnish

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve a small cup of the cooking water.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the Lobster Meat: Gently stir in the cooked lobster meat and sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Combine Pasta with Sauce: Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water if necessary.
  6. Finish with Flavor: Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice; toss until combined.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Transfer to serving plates, garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
