Cooking Steps
- Cook the Ground Beef. In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring until browned, about 7–10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Prepare Baking Sheet. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
- Assemble Nachos. Evenly distribute cooked ground beef over chips and sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top.
