Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion, cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a clean skillet over low heat, about 30 seconds on each side. Keep them wrapped in a towel to stay warm.
- Lay a tortilla on a surface, spoon the beef filling onto one side, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Brush tops with oil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
