Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly coating it with oil or cooking spray.
  2. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until smooth, then fold them into the vegetable mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown on top.
