- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Allow at least 10 minutes for the oven to reach the desired temperature.
- Arrange the frozen phyllo shells on a baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Soften the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for about 15-20 seconds. Combine it with the grated cheddar and mayo, stirring until smooth.
- Finely mince the fresh jalapeño pepper and mix it with the jarred diced jalapeños in the cheese mixture. Add garlic powder and salt.
- Spoon the filling into each phyllo shell, packing them well. Optionally sprinkle in cooked crumbled bacon or veggie bacon bits.
- Bake the filled phyllo shells in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Once baked, cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving warm with dipping sauces.
