Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Allow at least 10 minutes for the oven to reach the desired temperature.
  2. Arrange the frozen phyllo shells on a baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  3. Soften the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for about 15-20 seconds. Combine it with the grated cheddar and mayo, stirring until smooth.
  4. Finely mince the fresh jalapeño pepper and mix it with the jarred diced jalapeños in the cheese mixture. Add garlic powder and salt.
  5. Spoon the filling into each phyllo shell, packing them well. Optionally sprinkle in cooked crumbled bacon or veggie bacon bits.
  6. Bake the filled phyllo shells in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
