- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
- In a large skillet, cook the taco seasoned ground beef or minced turkey over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes, then stir in chopped onion and diced bell pepper. Sauté until veggies are soft.
- Add garlic powder and mix, cooking for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, spoon filling into the center, fold sides over, and roll up, sealing edges.
- Brush the outside of each stick with olive oil for a golden color and crunch.
- Place the Cheesy Taco Sticks in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
