Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium saucepan and let settle for 1 minute.
  2. Add 2-3 green tea bags and several fresh mint sprigs to the hot water. Cover and steep for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and mint. While the tea is warm, stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey until dissolved.
  4. In a glass pitcher, add 1-2 cups of ice and pour in 2 cups of cold water.
  5. Carefully pour the tea mixture over the ice and cold water and stir gently.
  6. Serve immediately over additional ice, garnishing with fresh mint.
