Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mason jar, combine the juice of 1½ limes, ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a pinch of salt. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the dressing is well blended and slightly thickened.
  2. In a large bowl, add the watermelon cubes, 1 cup of fresh blueberries, ¾ cup of crumbled feta cheese, and a handful of sliced mint and basil. Gently toss these ingredients together.
