- Finely dice dried cranberries and pecans, and combine with chopped chives in a mixing bowl.
- Blend cream cheese and sharp cheddar in a larger bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Fold half of the sweet and crunchy mix into the blended cheese.
- Shape the mixture into a log using cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Unwrap the log and roll it in the remaining sweet and crunchy mix.
- Slice the cheese log into rounds and serve on a platter.
