Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the beef bacon slices on the sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are crispy and browned.
- While your beef bacon is baking, set out the cream cheese to soften for about 30-60 minutes until it's soft and spreadable.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled beef bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Transfer the creamy filling into a piping bag or a zip-top bag. Seal it tightly and snip off one corner.
- Select unbroken Doritos, and using a small, sharp knife, create a pocket in each chip.
- Fill each chip pocket with the creamy mixture using the piping bag. Repeat until all chips are filled.
- Place the stuffed Doritos in a single layer on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Transfer the chilled stuffed Doritos onto a serving platter and garnish with finely chopped green onions or smoked paprika.
