  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Finely chopped fresh onion can substitute.
  • Pepper Adjust amount to taste.
Coleslaw Mix
  • 14-16 oz Coleslaw Mix Contains shredded cabbage and carrots; for homemade, use 8 cups shredded vegetables.

Preparation Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, granulated sugar, celery salt, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add coleslaw mix. Pour the prepared dressing over the mix and gently toss everything together until well coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
