  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place cubed chicken breast into a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Coat the chicken thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat a large deep pan over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until cooked through. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Prepare Potatoes: Toss cubed potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika until evenly coated. Optionally spray with cooking spray.
  4. Cook Potatoes: Transfer seasoned potatoes to your air fryer and cook at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, or bake at 400°F for 20-23 minutes until golden and crispy.
