Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, chopped green onions, ranch seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend until creamy and evenly combined, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Use your hands to form the mixture into a ball shape. Aim for a smooth exterior, then place it onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the cheese ball chills, mix together chopped roasted pecans, crumbled bacon, additional cheddar cheese, and chopped parsley in a separate bowl.
  4. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it into the coating mixture, pressing gently to ensure it adheres evenly.
  5. Wrap the coated cheese ball in plastic wrap again and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to soften slightly.
