  2. Place your salmon fillet skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Bake for 7-10 minutes until opaque.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni for 8-10 minutes until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. Return the pasta to the pot, add spinach, and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
