  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs optional

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Add in the old-fashioned oats and chia seeds to the mixture. Stir gently for 1-2 minutes until evenly coated.
  3. Gently fold in most of the chopped fresh strawberries, leaving a few for topping. Stir carefully for another minute.
  4. Divide the mixture into jars, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before enjoying, stir and add a splash of milk if you prefer a looser texture.
  6. Top each jar with reserved strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs just before serving.
