  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning adds spice and depth
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix adds creaminess and zesty flavor
  • 1 can Canned Black Beans do not drain
  • 1 can Canned Corn or fresh corn
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles or substitute with diced tomatoes and hot sauce
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese can substitute with heavy cream starting with ½ cup

Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy White Chicken Chili
  1. Place thawed chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Pour in the canned black beans, canned corn, and Rotel tomatoes without draining them.
  4. Place the block of cream cheese on top of the mixture.
  5. Cover and set to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and stir back into the chili.
  7. Ladle into bowls and serve hot, adding toppings as desired.
