Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the mixed winter vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until just tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched vegetables with cream of mushroom soup, milk, and shredded cheese. Add thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour the vegetable mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the vegetable mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
