Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well emulsified.
  2. In a large salad bowl, layer approximately 4 cups of mixed greens as the base.
  3. Core and slice 2 to 3 Honeycrisp apples into thin wedges and place over the mixed greens.
  4. Crumble ¾ cup of feta cheese across the top.
  5. Add ½ cup of chopped walnuts and ½ cup of dried cranberries to the salad.
  6. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  7. Serve immediately on plates or family-style in the bowl.
