Method
 

Preparation

  3. Shred the imitation crab meat into small pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and pepper until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, gently toss dried cucumbers with shredded crab meat and creamy dressing.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh herbs and serve chilled.
