Steps
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Wash Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
- Add quartered potatoes to the seasoning mixture and toss until coated.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over seasoned potatoes and toss again.
- Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, then serve hot.
