Steps
  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Wash Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
  4. Add quartered potatoes to the seasoning mixture and toss until coated.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over seasoned potatoes and toss again.
  6. Place potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove from air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, then serve hot.
