Preparation
- Pour 1/4 cup of water beneath the air fryer basket and preheat the air fryer to 360°F for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 3/4-inch thick steaks.
- Place one cabbage steak in the air fryer basket, top with 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil, and sprinkle seasoning evenly.
- Close the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes until crispy and tender.
- Check for crispiness after 8 minutes; add 1-2 more minutes if needed.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
