  1. Prep the pizza dough by letting it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes if store-bought or roll out homemade dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  2. Cut the rolled-out dough into 3x3 inch squares.
  3. Fill each square by placing 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
  4. Fold each dough square over the filling, press edges firmly to seal, and crimp with a fork if desired.
