Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Carnivore Sushi Rolls
  1. In a medium bowl, combine minced raw salmon or tuna with cream cheese and a pinch of salt. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Lay each slice of thinly cut beef or pork belly flat on a clean cutting board. Place a generous dollop of the fish and cream cheese blend at one end and roll tightly.
  3. Set your air fryer to preheat at 200°C (392°F) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place your prepared rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, checking at the halfway mark.
  5. Remove the rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces. Serve with garlic butter or a sprinkle of sea salt.
