- In a medium bowl, combine minced raw salmon or tuna with cream cheese and a pinch of salt. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Lay each slice of thinly cut beef or pork belly flat on a clean cutting board. Place a generous dollop of the fish and cream cheese blend at one end and roll tightly.
- Set your air fryer to preheat at 200°C (392°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Carefully place your prepared rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, checking at the halfway mark.
