  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions for Dandelion Fritters Herb
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dandelions. Carefully pick fresh dandelion flowers, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  2. Step 2: Make the Dipping Sauce. Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Batter. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in sparkling water until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Heat the Oil. Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet and heat to 350°F (175°C).
