- Dip each zucchini fry into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray or drizzle them with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
