Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. In another bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip each zucchini fry into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray or drizzle them with cooking spray or olive oil.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
