  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled, or vegan cheese for dairy-free option
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour can substitute with oat flour or any gluten-free flour
  • 1 large Egg or a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp water)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic for stronger flavor
  • to taste Salt & Pepper adjust according to preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but crumbly.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each slightly to about 1/4 inch thick, spacing them out.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown edges and dry tops appear.
  5. Let the crisps cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
