Directions
  1. Start by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together your gravy mix and chicken broth until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Pour the prepared gravy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top to taste and stir gently to incorporate.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken and shred it with two forks, then return the pieces to the gravy.
