- Wash the Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Carefully slice each potato into thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped parsley. Whisk until well blended and season with salt and pepper.
- Fan out the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet, cut-side up. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each potato.
