Preparation Steps
- Rinse the fresh broccoli thoroughly under cold water and cut into small florets. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Core the Honeycrisp apples and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Toss gently in the bowl with broccoli.
- Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the broccoli and apples.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or mayo), honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add dried cranberries and sunflower seeds to the mixing bowl with the broccoli, apples, and onion. Toss to combine.
