Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cucumber Mint Cooler
  1. Cut 3-4 thin slices of English cucumber and place in ice water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop enough cucumbers to yield 1 cup of small pieces and set aside.
  3. Blend chopped cucumbers, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 6-8 mint leaves, and 1 cup of cold water on high speed until smooth.
  4. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, pressing pulp to extract liquid and discarding the pulp.
  5. Stir in 3 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of black salt into the strained cucumber liquid, then add 2 cups of cold water.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber slices and mint leaves.
