- Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine halved baby potatoes, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil. Spoon the coated potato mixture into the center and crimp edges to seal.
- Place the foil packet on the preheated grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- After 20 minutes, check for tenderness. If not tender, reseal and grill for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Once tender, remove from grill, open packet, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
