- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water.
- Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the romaine lettuce. If using cherry tomatoes, slice them in half. Gather all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the cooled pasta into the mixing bowl filled with chicken and romaine. Gently toss the mixture together.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the combined ingredients. Toss gently to coat everything evenly, adjusting the amount to taste.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and toss once more.
