Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Rotini Pasta or gluten-free pasta if needed
For the Protein
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken grilled, shredded, or rotisserie chicken
For the Greens
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce or spinach/arugula
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing homemade or light store-bought
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes optional, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Croutons add just before serving

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the romaine lettuce. If using cherry tomatoes, slice them in half. Gather all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the cooled pasta into the mixing bowl filled with chicken and romaine. Gently toss the mixture together.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the combined ingredients. Toss gently to coat everything evenly, adjusting the amount to taste.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and toss once more.
  6. Add croutons just before serving to keep them crispy, and enjoy your Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad!
