Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. Lay a slice of turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese on each flattened chicken breast. Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Create a breading station with gluten-free flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and gluten-free breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder.
  5. Dip each chicken roll in flour, then egg mixture, and finally in breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken rolls for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. In a saucepan, melt remaining butter and whisk in gluten-free flour and milk until thickened, add Swiss cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Slice the rolls and drizzle the Swiss cheese sauce over the top before serving.
