Preparation Steps
- Line a 9 x 7 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix whole yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle fresh berries and chopped nectarines on top, pressing down gently.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces to serve.
