Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Meatball Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place them on a clean plate.
  4. Thread the meatballs onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each for even cooking.
  5. Brush the meatballs lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a minute before serving.
