Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Layer two slices of provolone cheese, then about three ounces of deli roast beef, and sprinkle French fried onions on top.
  3. Brush the edges of the tortilla with olive oil and tightly roll it from the filled end, pressing edges to seal.
  4. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  5. Brush the tops and sides with more olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Allow roll ups to rest for 2 minutes, then slice into halves or thirds and serve warm with the dipping sauce.
