Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare by slicing the shiitake mushrooms and quartering the bok choy. Mince the garlic and finely chop the green onions.
  2. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and quartered bok choy to the broth and cook for 5–7 minutes, until the bok choy is tender.
  4. Gently add the ramen noodles and frozen dumplings, stirring to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes until noodles are al dente and dumplings are cooked.
