Blueberry Layer
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries Can use thawed frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all fresh ingredients and equipment. Wash strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Ensure yogurt and heavy cream are at room temperature.
Make Strawberry Layer
  1. Blend strawberries with honey until smooth. Pour into molds, filling one-third full. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.
Add Yogurt Layer
  1. Combine yogurt and heavy cream until smooth. Spoon over strawberry layer, filling two-thirds full. Freeze for another 30-40 minutes.
Create Blueberry Layer
  1. Blend blueberries with honey until smooth. Pour over yogurt layer, filling molds completely. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.
Final Freeze
  1. Transfer popsicles to freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Serve
  1. Remove popsicles from molds by running warm water over molds if necessary. Enjoy!
