Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if needed. Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until coarse crumbs. Melt unsalted butter and mix with crumbs. Press into a 9x13 inch dish to form a crust.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese layer over the crust. Spoon strawberry pie filling evenly over it, then add blueberry pie filling.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping, creating peaks and swirls. Add sprinkles for decoration. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. To serve, use a warm knife to cut into neat slices. Enjoy the vibrant layers!
