Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, then beat for 30 seconds until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, adding gel food coloring until desired color is reached.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped Chips Ahoy cookies, and Oreos by hand.
  7. Form dough into 2-tablespoon balls, place on prepared sheets, leaving space between each.
